The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings and apply with the same meaning throughout this document.

• "Platform" means the 299 bdt website, mobile application and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using the service.
• "Account" means a personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" means the amount of real money or bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" means a promotional reward given by the platform, which may be withdrawn after meeting specified wagering requirements.
• "Wagering requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Net loss" means what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

To create an account on the 299 bdt platform and use any of its services, a user must meet the following criteria.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to take part in any casino or betting activity on the platform. The platform may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Use of an account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may register only one account. Creating or operating more than one account is completely prohibited. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address or payment details, all related accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be fully accurate, correct and up to date. If false or incorrect information is provided, the platform reserves the right to close the account and withhold funds.

Keeping the account secure is entirely the member's responsibility. Although 299 bdt operates a secure platform, users must protect their own login credentials.

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
• Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited.
• The user is responsible for all transactions carried out from their account.
• To change the mobile number or email address linked to an account, a request must be made through the support team.

299 bdt uses the most widely known mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing using a third party's payment account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.

299 bdt runs a number of bonus offers for its members. Each bonus comes with specific conditions. It is important to read and understand those conditions before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳10,000 must be wagered to complete the requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• While one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applicable to any bonus offer will be stated in the details of that offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 299 bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• If multiple members from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, this may be treated as abuse.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, special day offers, birthday gifts and referral rewards each carry their own terms and conditions. Each offer has its own validity period and wagering requirement, so read the details of each offer separately.

299 bdt offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, crash games and sports betting. The following guidelines apply when using these services.

6.1 Betting Rules

• All bets and gaming activity will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Once the result of a game has been determined and announced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the result of that game will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game provider.

6.2 RTP and Fairness

The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game shown on the platform is provided according to figures published by the respective game provider. RTP is a long-term statistical rate — it does not apply to any individual game session.

6.3 Sports Betting

• In sports betting, odds may change — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
• If match manipulation or unusual betting patterns are suspected, 299 bdt reserves the right to cancel the bets concerned.

The activities listed below are completely prohibited. Involvement in any one of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.
• Using an account for money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing or deceiving other members.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting platform errors or technical issues.
• Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game or bet.

299 bdt reserves the right to suspend or fully close an account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If a request for identity verification goes unanswered.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request closure of their account at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it may be withdrawn, but any unused or unmet bonus will be cancelled.

299 bdt does not accept liability or responsibility in the following situations.

• If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device problem.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• If the platform is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue.
• If an account is harmed due to the member's own negligence or an unauthorised third party.

If a technical error causes a game to incorrectly display a large win, the platform reserves the right to void that result and apply the correct one.

The collection, storage and use of members' personal information is described in detail in the 299 bdt Privacy Policy. By accepting the terms and conditions, the member is also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted on the platform is kept secure using SSL encryption. Members' financial information will never be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. However, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities for legal or security reasons.

299 bdt reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to members' accounts or by email.

If a member continues to use the platform after a change, they will be considered to have accepted the revised terms. It is therefore advisable to review this page regularly. The date of the latest version of the terms will always be shown at the top of this page.
